About us

We are a family-owned Taiwanese food truck in Northwest Arkansas that strives to bring authenticity, community, and great food to the area.
We primarily sell Taiwanese fried chicken, a staple street food in Taiwan, however we have options available for everyone!
We opened in May of 2022 in Centerton and have since relocated our truck to Rogers. We love to serve the Northwest Arkansas community, and we love the community we have built as well.
Created by a father-son duo, with the help of the rest of the family, we have come a long way in our business and we are super excited to grow more with the growth of the area!

about our food

Our food is incredibly unique for the area. All of our ingredients, aside from the fresh produce, are imported from Taiwan, often on our own travels to the country.
Our breading is sweet potato powder, which gives a unique, thin, dry coating. This allows the juiciness of the chicken to be balanced well with the breading.
Our seasonings are what make our chicken special, and we have four FANTASTIC flavors to choose from! Can you guess what our best seller is?ALLERGIES/FOOD RESTRICTIONS NOTICE:
While our breading does not contain gluten, there is a chance there are traces of gluten in the breading flour. Additionally, our chicken is marinated overnight in a marinade that includes soy sauce. The wrapping for the dumplings and eggrolls contain flour. They are all cooked in the same fryer. Consume at your own risk if you are gluten sensitive. Do not consume if celiac.There are no peanuts or peanut oil used in our facilities.Our meat is not certified kosher nor halal meat, however our food otherwise abides by kosher and halal guidelines and rules.There is no shellfish in our facilities or food.We DO use cinnamon in our seasoning.
